Our Methodology

Structured to Match What Surveyors Evaluate

We don't guess. We follow the standard.

Every audit is structured around the same evaluation criteria that CMS surveyors, Joint Commission reviewers, and state fire marshals use. We inspect the same systems, review the same documentation, and apply the same pass/fail criteria.

What makes this different from a vendor inspection.

A vendor inspection looks at whether your equipment is working. An audit looks at whether your compliance program is working — testing schedules, documentation, maintenance logs, transfer switch coordination, and regulatory alignment. We cover both.

Four Phases

No Surprises.

01

Pre-Audit Review

We review your documentation, maintenance records, and citation history before arriving. You'll know what to have ready.

02

On-Site Inspection

Full facility walkthrough covering every applicable system — generators, transfer switches, fire panels, sprinkler risers, documentation binders.

03

Findings Review

Before we leave, we walk your team through preliminary findings. No surprises in the final report.

04

Written Report

Within 72 hours, you receive a comprehensive PDF with every finding, code citation, severity, and corrective action.

Each finding rated by risk level — immediate citation risk, moderate, and advisory observations.

Corrective Actions

Plain-language steps for every finding: what to fix, who handles it, what documentation is required.

Documentation Gaps

Missing logs, expired contracts, unsigned records — everything a surveyor would request that you don't have.

Remediation Cost Estimates

Budget-level estimates for corrective actions so you can plan and prioritize spending.

Two Options

What Every Audit Includes

Standard Audit

We'll review your facility details and reach out within one business day with a scoped proposal and firm quote.

Know exactly where you stand before they arrive.

A single deficiency citation triggers corrective action plans, follow-up surveys, and potential civil monetary penalties. An onsite audit gives you the complete picture — every system, every record, every finding — with the time to fix what needs fixing.
